Yeah… we’re going to go with the grain of Amazon reviewers, on this one. While the Razer Ornata V3 is a decent enough keyboard for any office workers who are looking to get hands on their first mechanical keyboard, its lower price tag indeed comes with lower build quality and a less impressive set of features – especially from the standpoint of hardcore gamers. 

If you’re looking for a mechanical keyboard that will take a beating and will last you for a few years, it’s best to pony up and go for the Razer Blackwidow V3. It costs nearly twice as much, but it’s a fair price considering the added benefits, superior build quality, and extra enjoyment you will get from it. 

The Razer Blackwidow V3 mechanical keyboard will indeed provide an extra edge to your gaming sessions, and its satisfaction won’t be merely psychological: it can handle a lot more simultaneous key inputs, it feels a lot more responsive to the touch compared to the Ornata V3… and we really like the fact that  with the Blackwidow they let us choose between a loud or a silent version, when it comes to clickiness; it’s really nice to be given that choice.
